Lead Time
Our current lead time is 10–12 working days.
Most FlexiFash items are made to order, unless marked IN STOCK.
In Stock Items
Items marked IN STOCK are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Please note: If your order includes both in-stock and made-to-order items, the full lead time will apply.
Custom & Club Orders
Lead times may vary. Please contact us to confirm timing before placing your order.
Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–3 working days via Aramex (depending on your location).
You will receive your tracking details via email as soon as your order is on the way.
Please note: Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by the courier company. While we always aim for smooth delivery, we cannot be held responsible for courier delays.
