1. Send your copy of waybill to us via WhatsApp or email
2. Once we have received your parcel, it will go through inspection
3. If cleared, you will receive a gift voucher to the value of the item returned
4. The gift voucher will be available to use for anything on our site and does not have an expiration date

 

Please note the following:

 

• SALE items are not refundable/exchangeable
• Items without their original tags attached will not be accepted
• Items that have been worn will not be accepted
• Items that have dirt marks on will not be accepted
• Any damaged items will not be accepted

 

All items that are rejected on inspection can be returned to sender at own cost
