How It Works

1. Send your parcel to the address above
2. Email or WhatsApp us your return waybill
3. Let us know what you would like to exchange your item for
4. Once received, your item will be inspected

If approved, your exchange will be processed and confirmed via email/WhatsApp.
If no exchange is selected, a store credit will be issued.

Please note: Any outstanding balance must be paid before your new item is dispatched.

Return Conditions

• Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Items with marks, damage, or signs of wear will not be accepted
• Return courier costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Items that fail inspection can be returned to sender at the customer’s cost
