Performance Gymnastics Club is an artistic gymnastics club in Knysna for boys and girls from the age of 3 years

With the latest gymnastics equipment, gymnasts will benefit from training on international standard apparatus ensuring better safety not to mention superior training standards. 

Our groups are limited in numbers so as to ensure quality coaching time for all gymnasts
