FAQ's
When will I receive my order?
Most of our Flexi Fash apparel items are individually made per order. We do try and get orders out as soon as possible and have a 8-10 working day off peak dispatch policy. Thereafter depending on your area a 1-3 day delivery period should be taken into account for Aramex delivery. All IN STOCK items have a 2-4 working day delivery time. Please keep in mind that once your order leaves our fashion warehouse, we cannot be held accountable for delays in delivery due to the courier party used.
I slipped up and have a last minute urgent gift/competition order
Flip through IN STOCK items. These items are ready to be couriered immediately or Please email us at info@flexiblefashion.co.za and we can try to squeeze you in and accommodate your order urgently. However once again once your order leaves our factory we are dependant on the courier party and can’t be held liable for delivery delays.
